Due to SMC’s distinctive projects and specialization in luxury services and living, our founder Saif Mourad has received an award of Excellence from the reputable Niche Magazine for being one of the best luxury lifestyle brands in 2021, and also for expanding despite the COVID-19 Great Lockdown and national economic slowdown. Throughout the pandemic and the lockdown, SMC still managed to deliver and execute a number of residential and commercial projects, and expand with its employees and portfolio.
